* on October 20, 2011, the titles were officially retired and the team of El Hijo del Pollo & Ulyssess Fullerton, who were also the holders of the NSFW Tag Team Championships, were recognized as Undisputed Tag Team Champions. They continued to defend their NSFW titles.

(1) It was eventually revealed that The Brokeback Boys were actually "Sweet" Randy Taylor and "Winkin" Perry Lincoln, collectively known as the Sweet/Winkle Connection, in disguise - they had been banned from the league at the time, and returned to compete in masks. (2) The Sweet/Winkle Connection were stripped of the Co-Dependant Championships when their manager failed to show up for a contract signing. Technical Ecstasy had previously placed a challenge and were deemed #1 contenders. U.S. Steel was chosen to face them, with the winners being declared champions (3) When Technical Ecstasy went on a tour of Japan, they neglected to defend the World Co-Dependant Championships and thusly were stripped of the titles. The Lemonaire & Van Dyke Strange defeated King Kong Glory and Carl Stonewall to capture the belts. (4) When the DDT retired again, the titles were declared vacant. (5) Chico Malaise' was allowed to substitue for Scissorwolf in a title defense and due to a clause in his contract, was recognized as a champion - but not without controversy, as both Scissorwolf and Persuader were also recognized champs. (6) Persuader won a 3-way match w/Scissorwolf & Malaise' with the victor allowed to choose a partner (6i) Persuader gave up the belts and declared Malaise' & Scissorwolf the new champs. (7) On January 21, 2011, Buck Trundle was severely injured by The Persuader. Several days later, when it was determined that he would be unable to defend the Tag Titles, his half of the title was declared vacant. Franklin Lloyd Right was given the option of choosing a new partner but out of respect for his comrade, chose to give up his half of the title, which would be decided in a tournament. (8) Defeated Science Fist & Bulletproof Tiger in tournament finals
